Any innovations originating from partner founders are transferred to newly incorporated U.S. entities with the full consent and participation of the originators.

This process ensures that:

• No infringement occurs on the intellectual property rights of the jurisdictions in which the original innovations were first created.
• Each new entity established under DualForce Labs is treated as an original company with distinct intellectual property protections.
• Rebuilt technologies are considered new innovations, adapted and redeployed in compliance with U.S. law and international standards.
