Intellectual Property Notice

Last updated: February, 2026

DualForce Labs is committed to responsible development and protection of intellectual property within U.S. legal and regulatory frameworks.

Technologies developed or integrated within the DualForce Labs portfolio are created through independent development processes, including clean-room engineering practices where appropriate. These practices ensure that systems and architectures are implemented without reliance on proprietary source code, confidential materials, or protected technical data from external organizations.

When collaborating with founders or technical contributors originating from other jurisdictions, DualForce Labs establishes new U.S.-based entities and development environments. In such cases, technologies are independently re-engineered and implemented under U.S. legal, compliance, and intellectual property frameworks.

These practices ensure that:
• All technologies incorporated into DualForce Labs platforms are developed or implemented in accordance with U.S. intellectual property law.
• Clean-room engineering processes are used where appropriate to ensure independence from prior proprietary implementations.
• Any contributions from founders or collaborators are incorporated through lawful agreements and transparent documentation.
• Intellectual property developed within DualForce Labs is owned and managed by the relevant U.S. legal entity.

DualForce Labs maintains internal procedures and legal oversight to ensure that intellectual property used within its platforms is handled transparently, lawfully, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
