Export Compliance

Dual Force Labs is committed to full compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

As a venture platform building dual-use technologies, we recognise that certain products, services, and technical data may be subject to U.S. government authorization prior to export or re-export. DualForce Labs does not currently engage in activities requiring ITAR registration; however, the company will promptly register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) upon commencement of any such activities.

Dual Force Labs does not export controlled technologies, services, or technical data without the appropriate U.S. government authorization. All prospective clients, partners, and end users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own national regulations and for obtaining any required import, export, or use authorizations.
